At the Fremont Health Club, we offer a class dedicated to seniors. The Senior Power class is taught by Tim Beauchamp CSCS. Tim developed this class for people 55 years and older who want to focus on strength and movement. These classes use unweighted calisthenics, balance movements, light weight exercises, individualized cardio, and finish off with ab work and a stretching to cool down. In addition to the Silver Power Class, Tim has worked with a wide variety of seniors with varying needs such as Parkinson's Disease. Testimonials
