We have 5 amazing yoga instructors all with different approaches and styles. All of our classes are designed for all levels and can be modified for different skill levels, beginner to advanced.
Vinyasa taught by Katelyn and Janell is a more energetic style of yoga while Hatha Flow with Heather is slightly slowed down. Viniyoga with Heidi is a great class to stretch, relax, and unwind after your week, and Yoga Sculpt is similar to en energetic Vinyasa but with the addition of light hand weights.
