Similar to a regular Body Weight class but with added cardio. This music-fueled class is designed to build muscle, boost cardiovascular fitness and increase stamina while relying on the body’s core strength to develop balance and agility. Body weight movements (i.e. planks, squats, push-ups etc) are easily-modified for different levels or can be combined with bursts of cardio to take it to the next level.
