H.I.I.T. stands for HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING. HIIT is a system of repeated short bursts of high intensity exercises followed by short rest periods to recoup. This method of quickly raising and lowering your heartrate drastically improves your metabolism and cardiovascular function. HIIT can include cardio, strength, core, bodyweight, props, etc. All props provided.
